The Glam Band is a six-piece tribute to 1980s hair metal — Fox Cities-based, with Dennis Lee Rother on lead vocals, Randi Schenker and Will E. Stradlin on guitars, Matty Savage on bass, Dee Flatt on keys and Skitch Rockett on drums. What started in 2006 as a few friends at a bar playing their favorite hair-metal tunes has grown into one of the top-drawing acts in the state, with an over-the-top stage show — makeup, costumes and all — built to transport you back to the decade of decadence, from sing-along anthems to timeless ballads.
