The Mackinaws concept, born from annual family trips to the Colorado Rockies, became a reality in 2002 when we utilized the mighty Norway Spruce Pines planted by the family right here on Green Bay's West Side. Every hand-hewn detail of our log cabin restaurant has ties to our family and community history.
